No call/ No shows will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
Please respond to your confirmation texts so we can ensure you are coming to your appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment please let us know within 48 hours. This way we have time to fill your spot with a guest on our cancellation list.
A 3% fee will be added to credit card transactions. We also accept cash, check or Venmo.
Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. We have very limited space in the salon and don't have room to accommodate extra people.
No returns on products. You can exchange gently used products within 30 days of purchase for another product of your choice.
